Returns & Exchanges

At KOOKAÏ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return your items within 21 days of the order date for a refund, exchange, or gift card, provided they are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and headwear cannot be returned unless faulty.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose your preferred resolution.

• 3.
  Package and Post

  Securely pack your items and download your prepaid shipping label from the portal. Drop your parcel off at any Australia Post outlet or red street posting box.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days and notify you via email.
